I am just like you, I am ambitious, intelligent, compassionate, and driven. I recognize that success won’t just come to me; I have to pursue it myself. I was never lazy, but I used to lack direction. I wanted to grow and advance in my career, and I needed guidance to do so. Fortunately, I had some great mentors along the way.

Today, great mentors and coaches are rare. I’ve witnessed their decline in the workplace firsthand. I believe it’s my God-given gift and mission to be there for others, helping as many as possible achieve their potential.

I’m Angelique Weiley Vuilleumier, a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential in healthcare business management. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of professionals and leaders in the healthcare supply chain arena through public speaking, coaching, and training.

My journey began at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I studied for three years before graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Kaplan University in 1998. This was while working for a major medical supply company in Madison, WI, where I began my career. My education continued with Executive Certificates in supply chain management, leadership development, purchasing, transportation management, and contract negotiations from UW Madison.

I went on to work for two of the world’s largest medical supply companies in the Chicagoland area, where I served as International Operations Manager and spearheaded the creation of several legal entities and distribution centers globally.

In 2010, I relocated to Seattle, WA, where I joined the fifth-largest healthcare system in the U.S. as Director of Operations, responsible for building the system’s first medical supply distribution center. This innovative center was one of the first of its kind, cutting out the middle-man and reducing costs—directly benefiting patients.

Over the years, I’ve worked with multiple healthcare systems, including those in Chicago, Maryland, and Portland, OR, staying committed to the patient care model. I’ve received numerous awards, served on several community boards, and built state-of-the-art facilities, all while staying true to my mission of enhancing healthcare operations.

In 2014, I took a pivotal step forward, deciding to start my own business after receiving guidance from my mentor at a Catholic Health System. I began consulting for professionals and corporations, offering specialized knowledge in healthcare supply chain, branding, marketing, and sales. This led me to roles as a mental toughness, emotional intelligence, and mindset trainer at “The Mental Toughness Gym,” as well as VP of Operations for the Extraordinary Society.

My primary focus now is on the professional development of healthcare supply chain leaders. I believe in the critical importance of the “ONE Supply Chain” concept in building a solid foundation. I am an expert in intertwining business strategy, culture, team building, process flow, and employee engagement into healthcare supply chain management—skills that are difficult to find elsewhere.

I currently reside in Portland, Oregon, with my wonderful son Benjamin and my incredibly supportive boyfriend Ante. In my free time, we love gardening, hiking to waterfalls, enjoying European soccer, and traveling the world.
